After ten years plus, my Eustachian tubes still suck. I still feel pain during plane landing. And the effect is still here like two hours after landing. I mean, I’ve done everything people said. Candies, swallowing saliva, jaw opening, yawning, and even (in a desperate attempt) putting my pinky finger to my earhole and try to make more opening so maybe the air can flow and equalize those pressures. I know it looked gross but my ear is in pain -.-”
And I always clean my earhole before every flight. Is there any ‘exercise’ for Eustachian tubes?
